  • Proof of purchase is provided

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, inform us within 48 hours with photos or video proof.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order wallpapers

  • Discounted or clearance items

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or installation

Exchange Policy

Approved exchanges:

  • Require product return

  • Carry a 35% exchange handling fee

  • Shipping costs are borne by the customer

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued after inspection

  • 30% deduction applies

  • Processing time: 3–12 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
